Sarah discovers her passion for dance when she was nine years old and initially attends the ballet school Peter and Christina Lambert in the Swiss city of Rapperswil, the Schweizerische Ballettberufsschule SBBS and the Ballettschule für das Opernhaus Zürich.

In May 2003, she successfully completes the Swiss audition of the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation for the Rotterdam Dance Academy and is completing her dance education and training in the Dance Program in the 2004-2005 academic years at this renowned school for modern dance with a scholarship each year from the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation.

In 2005, Sarah concludes her studies at the Rotterdamse Dance Academy and receives her diploma.

2014 Sarah is part of the cast of the documentary/fiction film 1927, a Bachelor's thesis of Laura Kaehr. The film is dedicated to the life of the great-grandfather of Laura Kaehr, Friedrich Kähr, and is shown at the Locarno Film Festival.
