Kathrin comes from Staufen near Freiburg in Breisgau.
From 1980 - 1990 she attends the ballet school Monika Albert in Bad Krozingen.
From 1990 - 1993 she completes her training in order to become a dancer at the Swiss Professional Ballet School in Zurich SBBS with a scholarship from the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation.
In 1998 Kathrin establishes her own ballet school dance) GENERATION and moves into her own place with a newly built ballroom in 2004.
