The third Swiss audition for the Dutch Rotterdamsen Dansacademie took place successfully on 4th and 5th of May 2002 in Berne.

The Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation organised the audition in collaboration with the City Theatre of Berne.

Fifteen of the 30 participants between the age of 15 and 24 years reached the finales and eight finalists were admitted to the academy for the school year 2002-2003.

Two scholarships of the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation were granted to:

• Nancy Tesolin (CH/AUS)
• Werner Nigg (CH)
